1. 1. Grant of License
      Ultra-Z (“Licensor”) grants you (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products (“Products”) purchased from our website solely for your personal or professional projects in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
   2. Permitted Uses
      a. Licensee may use the Products in personal or professional projects, such as architectural visualization and design work.
      b. Licensee may modify, adapt, or alter the Products to suit their projects.
   3. Prohibited Uses
      a. Licensee may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or transfer the Products or any derivative works to any third parties, whether for free or for a fee, in any form or medium.
      b. Licensee may not use the Products in any way that is defamatory, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.
   4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
      a. The Products, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights therein, remain the property of Licensor.
      b. Licensee acknowledges that this license does not transfer ownership of the Products.
   5. Enforcement of Restrictions
      a. If Licensee is found to breach the terms of this agreement, Licensor reserves the right to take legal action to seek damages and injunctive relief to prevent further violations.
      b. Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold Licensor harmless against any losses, damages, and legal fees incurred as a result of Licensee’s breach of this agreement.
   6. Termination
      a. Licensor may terminate this license agreement immediately if Licensee breaches any of its terms.
      b. Upon termination, Licensee must cease using the Products and delete or destroy any copies of the Products in their possession.
   7. No Warranty
      Licensor provides the Products “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Licensee acknowledges that the use of the Products is at their own risk.
   8. Governing Law
      This license agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai Law, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
   9. Entire Agreement
      This license agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensor and Licensee with respect to the licensed Products and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
